Late last week, we got a chance to see a leaked image of what was supposed to be a new 4G LTE Android smartphone, the LG Escape that is coming to AT&T’s network.
According to the press photo below, the LG Escape (model name P870 and codename Kun) will has a black version, it supposedly packs a 4.3-inch qHD IPS display, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, a 5 MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP camera for chat, NFC, 4G LTE compatibility on AT&T’s network, a 2150 mAh battery and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Past rumored specs also include 1 GB of RAM, which sounds reasonable.
No idea on how much it will cost, nor when will the LG Escape arrive, but if we are lucky enough to see it announced at the end of the month, we’ll know more about them shortly.

The LG Optimus L7 has already been selling in the South Korea for a few weeks, and now it looks like it will finally make it to US Cellular in the US. However, US Cellular’s LG Optimus L7 will be sold under the name Splendor.
The LG Splendor US730 runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and features a 4.3-inch 480×800 touchscreen, a 1 GHz processor, a 5 MP rear camera with 720p HD video capture, a VGA front-facing camera, 2 GB of built-in storage, microSD slot (supports up to 32 GB memory card), and a 1,700 mAh battery. The measures of the LG Splendor US730 are quite impressive. They are 4.92″ (H) x 2.64″ (W) x 0.34″ (D), while its weight tips the scale at 4.23 oz.
There’s no word on when US Cellular indents to release the LG Splendor, and neither for what price. For the moment, the image below is the proof that the handset is head to the one of the largest US carrier.

LG has outed its latest smartphone, the LG Optimus G, which supports high-speed mobile data, of course, LG is particularly proud of the 4.7-inch “IPS True HD” display which, the company reckons, will with 1280 x 768 smartphone panel to go on sale in South Korea.
Other specs include a second-generation quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, along with Live Zooming (works while viewing videos), Dual Screen Dual Play, and QuickMemo, Wi-Fi, DLNA, NFC, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, 13MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, and a 2,100 battery with extended lifespan (to 800 charging cycles). The device measures 131.9 x 68.9 x 8.45 mm, and weighs 145 grams.
The LG Optimus G will be launched in September in South Korea for the moment, then in other markets around the world. Japan will get in October, via NTT DoCoMo. There’s no word on the handset’s price.
