Photos purporting to show a Verizon-branded version of the LG G2 appeared yesterday on the carrier’s Twitter, two days after LG held its launch event in New York City. Except for the Verizon’s logo on the front and back of the device, the well-known 4G LTE logo is also located on the back.
Verizon would be one of the first international carriers to get the device, though the carrier doesn’t say when it will start selling the G2, and neither for what price. We guess it will probably cost $199.99 on contract.
Compared to the 5-inch Samsung Galaxy S4 and 4.7-inch HTC One, the LG G2 has a much larger, 5.2 inch Full HD display. Other notable features include a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, a 13MP rear camera with OIS and Flash and 2.1 front facing camera, 2GB of RAM, 16GB / 32GB of ROM, a 3,000 mAh battery and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.’
