The folks at the FCC have given their nod of approval for the LG VS750 to be released, where it will support Verizon bands and could possibly run on AT&T as well. It’s said that the LG VS750’s design would be similar to the GM750, has a 3" touchscreen, 5MP camera and optical d-pad. Other FCC documents confirm that the only active bands on the LG VS750 are CDMA/EVDO 800/1900, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. LG Cell Phone News

LG officially announced the GT540 that will be the second Android-powered smartphone from LG. There’s was little information on the device at the moment, but it’s obvious that it has a 3 inch touch screen display, a 3 megapixel camera with auto-focus, Android 2.0, a 3.5mm headphone jack,and an attractive industrial design that features chrome-colored accents and rounded edges. Moreover, LG’s software that runs on top of Android allows customization with personalized themes, widgets, and four different color.
