Hello, to share my lucky find and success I am sharing the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich V20e CWM-flashable rom for Bell LG Optimus LTE.

How to install the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich V20e CWM-flashable rom:

1. Download: [Link 1] or [Link 2]
2. Place on internal SD
3. Reboot to CWM
4. Wipe data/factory reset in CWM
5. Wipe cache
6. Advanced > wipe dalvik, wipe battery stats
7. Install .zip from INTERNAL SD
8. Reboot
9. Pray while loading
10. Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich V20e installed successfully
