AT&T Wireless has officially announced the LG Optimus G – its first quad-core LTE 4G Android smartphone that’s priced at less than $200.
Pre-orders for the LG Optimus G will begin today and the device will, in fact, officially launch starting November 2 (as previously rumored), costing only $199.99 with the signing of a new 2-yr contract agreement.

The LG Optimus G has a 4.7 inch True HD IPS+ display, LTE connectivity, 15GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, a 8MP autofocus camera with video recording, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable memory, a 2,100 mAh battery, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean).
