All the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich updates will come over-the-air, but you’ll also have the option of installing via your laptop or computer. Hopefully, LG company will show the exact release date as quickly as possible. If you have got an upgradable LG Android smartphone above, congratulations, you will be able to enjoy the features of the new OS. LG Cell Phone Software

Well first deliver Gingerbread for OB before you make any further promises LG. Even my Samsung P1010 now have GB, seems like Samsung might be the way to go.

So basically what LG is saying is don’t buy any of their phones they provide to places like metro pcs or boost if u ever want any kind of update/upgrades. I have the LG connect 4g and this phone is more than capable of running ics with its 1.2ghz dual core processer and other features that make it just as great as any other high end phone and it should with the price tag that metro sells it for. But I guess to LG its just a throw away phone so I guess as soon as metro releases the sgs3 I’m dropping this connect and getting the sgs3 cause at least that phone will constantly get updated
