I found the LG Tritan QuickLink Mobile and Phonebook Manager software on Alltel website. Click here to download the latest software for your Tritan and select your operating system, product, and then your device to get started. If you have 7, just use Vista. I was able to run the software and get online using my LG Tritan without a problem. LG Cell Phone Software
